Starfleet personnel were issued a dress uniform for diplomatic events. It was identical to the standard uniform except the jacket extended down past the hands.

By 2381, there was a new variant that was a white and gold version of the standard duty uniform, with matching boots, with the wearer's division denoted by colored cuffs on the sleeves of the jacket.

Chief Medical Officers had the option to wear a light blue lab coats over their sciences division uniform.

Division-colored wetsuits could be worn by officers partaking in aquatic activities or missions.
